Delivery Area:

We currently offer delivery within Delhi only. We are working on expanding our delivery services to serve you better in the future.

Processing Time:

– Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day.

– Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Our standard delivery time is 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges:

We offer free delivery on all orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 500, a flat delivery fee of INR 50 will be applied.

Delivery Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. Feel free to contact our customer support team if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Delivery Attempts:

Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility, and our customer support team will reach out to you to reschedule delivery.

Delivery Timings:

Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Recipient Availability:

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you to reschedule or coordinate an appropriate delivery time.

Refund and Replacement:

In the rare event that your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.
